This type of storage consists of a set shelves forming inside loading corridors with support rails for the pallets. The forklifts enter the corridors with the load elevated above the shelf it is to be placed on.

Storage rails facilitate forklift manoeuvres, thereby aiding movement and minimising the possibility of accidental damage.
